1. Return Policy

All returns and/or exchanges require prior authorization. If you wish to return or exchange your item, please email or contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable. (Email: orders@pacifichd.com), or call (Toll Free: 1 800-554-2753)

2. Order Policy

All orders require a current and accurate address. Please be sure to include appropriate suite and/or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery. Pacific Harley-Davidson will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address and/or re-routing fees. Please note: If you have provided your delivery carrier with your signature release, any claims for lost or non-delivered merchandise must be filed with your delivery carrier. Orders delivered within the State of Hawaii will be charged a 4.166% tax with the exception of the island of Oahu where the assessed tax will be 4.712%.

3. Order Processing Policy

Orders are processed within 3 business days from the time of receipt. Orders placed Friday thru Sunday will be processed by Wednesday. To expedite your order you may choose our Express Processing option. Express Processing will give your order top priority and it will be processed ahead of all non-express orders. Please call 1-800-554-2753 to arrange for Express Processing. Express Processing is $10.00 additional. Orders paid for by check will incur a 5-day holding period while the check clears. A Delivery Confirmation/Insurance Number (For USPS Shipments) or Tracking Number (For FedEx Shipments) will be emailed to you when your item ships. Please note: Delays may occur during busy holiday seasons.

4. US Shipping Rates

For US orders we offer FedEx 2nd Day and USPS Priority Mail . Other carriers and/or services can be arranged for an additional charge. USPS Priority Mail delivery times are generally 2-3 business days. Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Insurance is optional but recommended. Please note: Buyers who do not purchase USPS Insurance will assume responsibility for any loss and/or damage. To expedite your order you may choose our Express Processing option. Express Processing will give your order top priority and it will be processed ahead of all non-express orders. Please call 1-800-554-2753 to arrange for Express Processing. Express Processing is $10.00 additional. Shipping for USPS Priority Mail / FedEx 2nd Day and USPS Insurance rates are listed in the tables below.

5. International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated at the time the order is placed. For International shipping rates: Fax 1-808-831-2649, Call 1-800-554-2753, or Email us at orders@pacifichd.com for a shipping quote. International customers must supply us with Full Name, Street Address, City, Province, Postal Code, County, and Telephone Number. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. Delivery times for international orders are generally 2-3 weeks. Please note International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees associated with shipping to their country.
